You can return any item purchased on City Bohemian within 15 days of the delivery date. 

Return shipping comes at the cost of the buyer.

Due to recent global events, we would like to make our customers aware that there may be slight delays with your orders, this can cause delays to our usual shipping times.

However we appreciate your patience and can assure you our delivery drivers are taking the necessary precautions to ensure everyone's health and safety.

We will keep you updated at all times if this happens to change. Our customers well-being and health is our first priority always.

Shipping times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes - standard shipping is from 15 - 20 days. Fast shipping is possible with an additional shipping rates. 

We'll soon offer worldwide Shipping and this may come at a cost with different prices + estimated shipping times potentially differing based on supported shipping zones & international customers may need to pay additional shipping rates & customs in some countries.

Shipping times are calculated once the order has been fulfilled, NOT once the order has been placed.

Customs

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Return policy

We have a 15-days return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Kindly note that City Bohemian have the right to deny any returned item should it show signs of wear and tear.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@citybohemian.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return shipping comes at the cost of the buyer.

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

You can submit refund requests within:

  • 15 business days after the order is delivered

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
