Shipping & Delivery

Due to recent global events, we would like to make our customers aware that there may be slight delays with your orders, this is currently causing a delay of our usual shipping times.

However we appreciate your patience and can assure you our delivery drivers are taking the necessary precautions to ensure everyone's health and safety.

We will keep you updated at all times if this happens to change. Our customers well-being and health is our first priority always, lets help flatten the curve.

Shipping

Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.

The different prices + estimated shipping times based on supported shipping zones, customers may need to pay in addition in some countries.

Shipping times varies and are calculated once the order has been fulfilled, NOT once the order has been placed. Please allow up to 20- 30 days for shipping. 

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

You, as a customer, are responsible for providing City Bohemian the Correct Mailing Address.

City Bohemian is NOT responsible for items that have been mailed to the provided address, if that mailing address was entered incorrectly by you, the Customer.

We, at City Bohemian, will try to track down the product if it was returned to sender.

Not all packages that are mailed to incorrectly provided addresses are Returned.

These Packages are considered LOST or STOLEN after being delivered.

City Bohemian is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost or stolen Packages once Delivered.

Please contact your local Post Office and provide them with your tracking number/s for further assistance.

Packages are not insured, so make sure you are shipping to a secure location.

Tracking information

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Customs

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
